We are extremely committed to exceptional customer service from purchase to delivery. We offer a 14 day return policy with tags attached and in original condition for store credit only. Sale items are final sale, candles, Julie Vos jewelry, & bath & body products are not eligible for exchange or return. We do not cover the return shipping cost for a return or an exchange.
